Welcome to Botify. By inviting Botify to your Discord server, using this website, or interacting with any of Botify's features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Botify, including the Discord bot, dashboard website, and any associated services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and comply with Discord's Terms of Service. These Terms may be updated at any time; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use Botify only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:

• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm other users or third parties.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the Service or its underlying code.
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service outside of intended functionality.
• Circumvent rate limits, abuse free tiers, or attempt to cause denial of service conditions.
• Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or unsolicited content.
• Impersonate Botify staff, moderators, or other users.

3. Music & Content

Botify facilitates the playback of music from third-party platforms including SoundCloud. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable copyright laws and the terms of service of those third-party platforms. Botify does not host, store, or distribute copyrighted music directly. We make no warranties regarding the availability or legality of content accessed through third-party sources.

4. Premium Services

Botify may offer premium features or subscriptions ("Premium"). All payments are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Premium features at any time with reasonable notice. Premium access is granted to individual users and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Service at any time without prior notice.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or the Service itself. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Botify and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past twelve months.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via our support server or the dashboard. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
